Mr. Jason Brandner has an extensive 20+ years of professional experience in the Florida real estate industry. He is an astute and financially fiscal business operator with an innovative mindset for constant improvement & operational excellence. He will lead the Sanctuary Suites vision and work diligently to bring housing inventory to the market in Florida & beyond. Mr. Brandner is working to build LGS factory relationships for the output of micro housing units. Jason is a committed husband, loving father and sold-out believer in Jesus Christ as His Lord. His calling on earth is giving back & helping others! He resides in the Jacksonville area with his family and enjoys the beach, biking, & serving others.

Todd Wright
Director/Building Expert
Mr. Todd Wright is a building/design expert and forward-thinking innovator in the green carbon neutral technologies industry. He is a multi-faceted businessman with extensive experience in Development, Design, Architecture, Manufacturing, Logistics, Green Construction, and Information Technologies. He is working with his Team to engineer a next generation building system for residential, commercial, and industrial applications that are cutting edge in efficiency, quality, & sustainability. His patented system is unique and next level in building technologies. Todd is a loving, devoted husband, father, and man of great faith. It is a wonderful pleasure and honor to have him onboard Sanctuary Suites.
Jeffrey Brandner
Development Officer
Mr. Jeffrey Brandner has been involved in various aspects of real estate, wellness, & finance over the past several decades and has served in roles that included Director, Senior level leadership & advisory services. He has a heart for the affordable side of the housing equation creating wonderful homes for those in need of comfortable lodging. His desire is to build micro -living communities that set a new standard in modern housing & development. When he was young, his parents taught him the principle of working smart and that the real joy in life is helping others in need. He has humbly adapted that philosophy to help build the core Team and vision for Sanctuary Suites. His prayer is that the organization will forever continue giving back long after He is gone from the earth. Jeffrey is humbled and privileged to be part of the Sanctuary Team! He firmly believes in providing housing to families in need. He is impact driven & committed to the cause!
Pastor Dan Adams
Director
Pastor Dan Adams was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended college at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. Dan married his college sweetheart Amber in 1995. Dan and Amber have two sons and live in the intracoastal area of Jacksonville. He is a Pastor at RiverTown Church. Dan believes worship should be refreshing and relevant, his teaching strives to overcome the failure and boredom of empty religion by leading people to experience a relationship with Jesus. Dan has made a commitment to Sanctuary Suites to fulfill his life calling to serve and help others along the journey. Prior to founding RiverTown, Dan served on the staff of churches in Birmingham, Orlando and Jacksonville. Dan loves spending time with his wife and sons. He enjoys tennis, softball, basketball, golf and working out in his free time.
